how to overcome fear

Over Coming Fear:
Fear is a distressing negative response to a perceived threat it is an ability to recognize danger leading to an urge to confront it or flee from a stimuli. It is a reaction to escape or avoid a particular situation. It is a psychological reaction.  It is mostly related to future events and uncertainties, though there are many issues which may induce fear like fear of ghosts, animals, heights, speaking in public etc fear of exam and interviews are most common. Fear has an impact physically and emotionally as these are the negative impacts of fear. Like stress a certain amount of fear helps you in bringing out your best by way of additional preparation to counter the perceived stimuli and get over the risk associated but an overdose are very harmful. Please remember that just because you are afraid the situation is not dangerous. It’s your own imagination. It is imperative that we program ourselves to overcome the negative impacts. It has to be borne in mind that it was only you, who created fear.
Impacts of fear
1.      Hands shake, tend to sweat
2.      May find a temporary lack of memory
3.      Increase  palpitation
4.      Negative Change in health status
5.      A feeling of fleeing away
Let us now work on how to overcome fear
1.      Programme yourself to overcome by positive inputs to your mind.
2.      Think on the strengths you are armed with
3.      Be sure that most of the things which frighten are only preserved and many not come true at all
(You may think that the exam paper would be a difficult one but in actual it may turn out to be a very easy one)
4.      Remain Focused and believe in yourself. (Remember  It is only You who can let down yourself)
5.      Enjoy the process without giving yourself a thought on the end result ( Like” I must get  95%” )
6.      Preparation and practice ( Mental and Physical)
7.      Commitment to the assignment you have taken up for yourself
So, now it’s time to stop the continuous feedback from your sub-conscious mind which perceives fear and send inputs to your conscious mind. It’s time to inculcate self-confidence and stand up to the occasion rather than buckle up under perceived negative thoughts and mess up the situation.
Its time you pull up your socks be bold and do well. No force on earth can put you down without your own consent. I am sure you are more than competent to handle such negative forces and come out with flying colors be it the forth coming exams or any event in your life.
There are umpteen numbers of examples of people who scaled the pinnacle of glory overcoming fear; we would not have read about Neil Armstrong setting his foot on moon, Hilery scaling the mighty Himalayas, Rani Chennammav a lady taking on the sea of soldiers of the British Empire there are innumerable examples to quote. They created history. Mankind even today stands up to salute those who overcame fear to achieve and reach the pinnacle of glory.
It’s your time and your turn today. Give out your Best
WISHING YOU ALL SUCCESS…………………..
